As an experienced educator, let me observe that "social justice and equity" are artificial constructs manufactured by leftist political activists to promote a Marxist agenda. Neither one represents objective truth since they are both entirely open to the subjective interpretation and manipulation of either unscrupulous propagandists masquerading as educators, or the credulous acolytes graduating from the institutions they control. I also note that, in the responses, the terms "equity" and "equality" are treated as synonyms, which they most certainly are not.

In my tutoring classes I push the kids to consider what message they give with their personalities and the answers in their assignments. Most wish to be kind and accepting. Some kids get mixed messages from their parents. I encourage them to use their own voice when they speak.

Firstly teachers are at the forefront to promote these ideologies through education and advocacy in different communities and at different levels. Secondly teachers teach by examples.
