I would be careful with this. I am a big fan OOD and also OOA (object oriented analysis). SOLID, Grasp etc is something every developer should become familiar with. Some patterns in those books are considered as anti-patterns. Please focus on user needs first. Give semantic information to the code. Recognise patterns after your first drafts. There is no need to call a class a MyWonderfulVisitor() just to tell that this is a visitor pattern. In many cases you visitor is probably called inside a For-each loop. Even in c++20 we have those now. Tell what it’s used for. As a good developer you should be able to name and identify those patterns even when the code does not tell you. My favourite pattern is the strangler pattern btw.

Historically we've always wanted to apply Object Oriented approaches to problems because they make it easy to mirror real world situations. There are plenty of design patterns, rules, paradigms to keep in mind which help cover almost everything out there. But an important thing that I've learned over the years is to have a sense of when to tweak the rules to the benefit of the solution you're applying.
