But everything depends on good communication, especially related to the organization's vision of the future. If communication flows, and all sectors and departments know the organization's future project, it is possible to align sectoral capabilities to create or optimize essential competencies. It requires a lot of commitment, sometimes even understanding that the main activity of a certain sector can change completely or even cease to exist, to create a truly differentiated essential competence for the organization.
