We want to reshape society as we know it and the systems that govern it but our thinking remains linear and we continue having leaders, 'dynamos of positive ideas', isolated. Establishing a CSR/Impact board innovation would help to intentionally integrate new thinking and identify blind spots in our linear thinking for more effective leadership and learning.Imagine having safe and strategic spaces and processes to think and rethink the obvious and the disruptive, to leverage ideas both within and outside our organizations,to foster growth and innovation,to encourage curiosity, and be willing and ready to try new things when the stakes are high, not just for our businesses but for the well-being of humankind and our planet. It is possible.

In my experience, a robust CSR program is one of the most cost-effective tools for employee engagement and retention. But it requires both strategic alignment with the Company’s broad OKR’s and impecable execution. CSR board innovation helps management in both areas, and the programs and initiatives resulting from it are, in general, better aligned with the stakeholders’ needs and more effective in creating value. That said, a clear arena for the board or committee needs to be established for the program to have structure and significant impact over time. The risk is that, without the arena clearly defined, the CSR program becomes a series of unarticulated activities with limited merits on their own and scarce synergies.

It is very simple and not complex. "Walk the talk", period, full stop, and implement!!! Responsabilité d'engager ou réengager une stratégie RSE qui porte la durabilité de l'entreprise. Il y a aussi une prise de conscience des dirigeants acquise naturellement ou un peu forcée !
