In my action research, I tackled the problem of low engagement in a training program at work, driven by my commitment to improvement. I focused on redesigning the program to boost engagement and knowledge retention. Choosing a participatory approach fit well with my values of empowering people in the organization. This method encouraged collaboration, leading to valuable insights for successful changes. The close link between my research purpose, methodology, and values laid a strong foundation for an authentic and purpose-driven project.

Any research must have highest degree of curiosity & integrity and a strong reason for doing a research in specific area/interest. Having a strong sense of purpose will allow to align with the goals however difficult may be. Atleast seeing yourself completing a research which may bring a new insight to a knowledge community or for a fellow researcher, who can use your research thesis as a tool for their specific researches. To my mind defining a purpose start with my own existence purpose, what makes me more enageable, going to any extend of getting things, and at every stage of new insights shape my thesis bringing excitement without losing a track of my end goal.

Overcoming these involved open communication, extra training support, and refining the intervention based on feedback. The adaptive approach led to improved engagement and a more effective training program.

Any research or an information process start with the raw data or let say pieces of data from various sources. Since you are clear, what you gonna do?.Actions starts with clarity & vision in mind and that translate into content writing, seeking sources, journals & field survey, collecting first hand information, collate all raw data and then populate into required article. It is always worth to validate information with multiple sources thus, having a collaborative mindset will enable to authenticate external sources. My analysis of information, will always differs or variate others way of analysing information. Such actions provide better insights as well as later agreeable/acceptable by all.

Para implementar nuestro plan de investigación-acción, primero identificamos el problema central: la falta de una escala que midiera la Alta Sensibilidad en Espa?a. Tomamos varias acciones para abordar este problema, recopilamos datos a través de o encuestas y entrevistas cualitativas. Analizamos los datos utilizando métodos mixtos, combinando análisis estadístico y análisis de contenido. Durante el proceso, nos enfrentamos a desafíos y realizamos sesiones de retroalimentación continua para adaptar las estrategias según las necesidades. Este proceso de investigación-acción no solo resolvió el problema de la creación de la adaptación cultural, sino que también proporcionó un marco de trabajo en Espa?a.

La ventaja de publicar en revistas científicas es que no se pierde nada de todo el proceso de aprendizaje que se ha generado, se publican todos los pasos que se han dado desde el planteamiento inicial de la investigación, pasando por todas las fases hasta llegar a las conclusiones y la discusión para investigaciones futuras. En nuestro caso, las investigaciones en estos casi seis a?os, han concluido con dos tesis doctorales en la Unviersidad de Sevilla: "Personalidad, gestión del estrés y salud en personas altamente sensibles" y "Riesgos psicosociales, calidad de vida y afrontamiento del estrés en personas altamente sensibles", además de dos libros de divulgación, siete artículos científicos, decenas de intervenciones en congresos...

Lo bueno de una investigación de tantos meses es que pudimos involucrar a muchísimas personas, por un lado, las participantes que rellenaron todas las escalas (más de 45 minutos contestando preguntas), y por otro lado a todos los investigadores/as que nos ayudaron tanto en el dise?o, como en el desarrollo y publicación de la escala de Alta Sensibilidad para la población espa?ola. Los descubrimientos nos ayudaron a publicar posteriormente varios artículos más en revistas científicas de alto impacto. Los hallazgos los hemos compartido con toda la comunidad a través del portal del Centro de Investigación Biomédica en Red de Salud Mental (CIBERSAM).

This is most critical part,we human being are designed or let say our mental makeup is such we dont critize ourselforchallenge by other. Even the education system dont engages much critical thinking. So this has creates a negative perception anyone who criticise or having a slightly different view may become "shallow"or narrow minded person. Process fail or become redundant due to lack of critical thinking. Following any process, when you know the inherent flaws just becomes a limitation. A process over a period of time need to be reviewed, revised and open for new ideas/amendment relate to the situational requirements. Every human being has a blind spot.Which is why itis said, the way I see/perceive/feel, is not the way others perceive.

Ethical conduct and methodological rigor formed a strong foundation, with identified improvements guiding future action research.

Hoy día es muy importante que el proceso de investigación obtenga un visto bueno de un Comité de ética, incluso antes de iniciar el proceso de investigación, así partimos desde un posición de ventaja respecto al cumplimiento de toda la normativa exigida. A partir de ahí, la calidad, validez y fiabilidad de la investigación se realizan con la ayuda de software y herramientas psicométricas. En nuestro caso, para comprobar la validez de la Adaptación Cross-cultural de la Escala de la Persona Altamente Sensible para la Población Espa?ola, realizando un re-test y comprobando que los resultados del re-test eran muy similares a los obtenidos un a?o antes, por lo que podíamos comprobar la validez y solidez de la escala.

Quería a?adir que la investigación-acción, por su naturaleza participativa y reflexiva, requiere un riguroso control de calidad, validez y fiabilidad para garantizar que los resultados sean precisos y útiles. Para asegurar la calidad de la investigación-acción, nosotros implementamos en nuestras investigaciones varias estrategias clave; como la triangulación de datos, que implica el uso de múltiples fuentes y métodos para recoger información sobre el problema investigado. Por ejemplo, se combinaron observaciones directas, entrevistas, encuestas anónimas, etc.. con el objeto de obtener una visión más completa del problema.
