ABCD framework is very helpful while designing the learning objectives. In my experience in Corporate Music Therapy training, Executives (Audience) are able to manage (Behaviour) their stress (Condition) to achieve work-life balance and improve productivity (Degree).

Behavior: Describe the desired behavior or action that learners should be able to demonstrate after completing the training. For example, "Participants will be able to analyze financial statements." Condition: Specify any conditions or constraints under which the behavior will be demonstrated. For instance, "Given a set of financial data and analysis tools." Degree: Define the level of proficiency or mastery expected from learners. For example, "With at least 90% accuracy."

To write clear, concise, and specific learning objectives, use the SMART criteria: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound. Start with an action verb that describes the desired outcome, specify the conditions or criteria for success, and ensure the objective is realistic and relevant to the learner's needs.
