You must include an interdisciplinary team of clinicians. Particularly engage nurses, patient care techs, and other team members that will need to leverage the informatics tool for patient care. In healthcare, we have far too often just engaged physicians and then the solution further leads to burnout as it makes the workflow more challenging.
