Always be respectful and listen to other team members. Proper and clear communication, give chance to each member to express his point of view in every situation will help you grow as a team as well as a company.

Mine role of Retail markets must be to service the community, all concerns should now about such things then retail markets move on next level revaluation for forth coming generations.

Understand your perspective Market. I find that interacting within your community opens more possibilities to create opportunities within your retail Market.

Collaboration in retail involves clear communication and teamwork. I coordinate with different teams, like sales and marketing, ensuring everyone understands the goals. Always keep people informed and plan with your team all the way to the end to achieve your goals/objectives. - see to it that everyone in your team understands the steps to follow - encourage them to never be shy to ask questions to clarify things - entertain feedbacks and criticisms

Communication is the main key to learn every single day. It has to be short, clear, focus, empowered and straightforward to reach all the goals.

Open and clear lines of communication is paramount to your Teams. Whether it's positve,challenging or creative. Tough convos don't have to be diffucult if you have established a mutal respect within your Team that allows everyone to have a voice to achieve the set goal or expectations.

A efficient way to align goals and strategies is to Keep the conversation going constantly: 1-Promote informal exchanges throughout the year: Marketing might regularly meet the retail teams, to understand retail teams and customers’ needs and have a concrete approach to the market. For example, I established a schedule with a minimum number of visits per quarter to the store to collect input from the teams, to check the implementation of the marketing plan and to set up corrective actions. 2-Create dedicated special and formal meetings to collect data from the retail teams, understand better customer needs and improve customer knowledge in order to prepare the next year and the strategy.

Be ready for problems, obstacles and setbacks along the way. By reminding yourself that if things could go out of control, you should be able respond accordingly without any negative compromise. Few questions to ask yourself: - is this essential? (if not, then skip it) - is this within our control? (if not, then look for some other ways that can be within our control)

I 100% agree with this perspective; being aligned on both goals and strategies is the perfect recipe for success. Everyone has a role to play. I find thinking about your circle of control and circle of influence is a great tool for setting your own teams strategies to meet the overall goals. Entering into all interactions with trust, assuming everyone is acting on their circle of control with the business' best interests in mind, is, in my experience, the best course of action for achieving those goals.

In retail, you must assume formlessness. Being fluid is the key to keep up with the fast-paced world. Do not be afraid to change course in order to achieve your goals. Learn to use new technology and innovative ideas to drive positive results.

Retail is able to have too many varieties on a single day. Not only meet companies expectations but customers too; and everyone has different point of view. Listening and observation for me is the main ability to be able to reach the flexibility and adaptability that may me required for the company, team and buyers.

Working in retail leadership, I find it helpful to remember the the quote attributed to Harry Truman: "It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit." It highlights the importance of focusing on the task at hand and working collaboratively, rather than seeking personal recognition. By removing the desire for credit, individuals can come together to achieve great things as a team. This mindset promotes cooperation, humility, and a greater emphasis on the overall success of a project, rather than individual accomplishments. It encourages individuals to put aside ego and prioritize collective achievements.

Work closely with the Retail Ops team, marketers often will not understand the detail of implementing a campaign in store. Retail ops can make or break a successful promotion. Engage early in the process and you will get the best collaboration.
