Text data can be challenging to work with, but recenlty I have seen that converting it into word embeddings using models like ada via openai apis helps in visualization. Applying UMAP for dimensionality reduction preserves the semantic structure of the embeddings, enabling effective visualization and analysis of the data's underlying patterns and relationships.

Different formats, resolutions, colors, and contents can make it difficult to compare and analyze.
