1 Choose your platforms

I find each social media outlet is used for a different part of gathering feedback. Use Twitter to announce that you are interested in finding testers and to announce when the test will take place, use TikTok to get new people aware your game exists, use YouTube to showcase your game in a long format video, use Twitch to do AMA live streams with your devs and use Discord as the primary hub for all the organization on details, dates and where to collect direct feedback.

Not only listening but taking different perspectives into account is important, not only shows that you care about users opinions, it can also enables to fix your issues that you might not target yourself. Always remember having an outside eye is one of the best feedback methods you can have.

Players are always trying to send their thoughts when they are engaged with your game, you can take examples like Genshin Impact, League of Legends, Counter-Strike, and Free Fire. If there is something they don't like, they will always communicate in the last post, even if it isn't related to the problem directly!
