Based on my professional experience there is just a balance between 'easy to use' and design skills. For people who don't have enough design skill tools like Canva will be probably the best option but you have to be ready that it will not be a unique outcome. I'm focused on interfaces so Figma is my main tool, in moments I need to do graphic design I use a combination of Figma and Pixelmator. The last one is probably the best one for MacOS.

Setting up your workspace can help you stay organized and focused. ? Custom workspaces: In Adobe, I like to create custom Workspaces with frequently used Panels. For creating brand guidelines in InDesign, include Styles and Type & Tables panels in addition to the default. Organized naming: Name and group layers systematically for easy file revisits. In Figma, systematic frame and layer naming helps with prototyping and ensures objects within a frame. When saving files, use consistent file naming and folder organization whether that's on your desktop, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc. Email management: To automatically group emails by project or sender, use Smart Mailboxes in Mail or Outlook’s Smart Folder equivalent.
