It is important to remember that CRM is just a tool, i.e it can only be useful If: - You have an organisation that has a clear set of of KPI’s for the Sales team (and all other teams) - There is an understanding that the aim of analyzing data is to grow together, not single anyone out Ask your team this: - What is the purpose of extracting data from CRM? - Why do we need this? - What are we going to do with the result?
