How do you train and empower your DAM workflow users?

Understand all roles involved first - Product owner/DAM Manager. - Global Admins. - Collaborators such as editors/taggers etc. - Users - people who just take from the platform.

This can be varied, if you aren't sure then start wide by giving yourself three groups for example. - Admin (Typical product or DAM owner). - Collaborator (user but with more rights). photographers or videographers who need to upload content). - Basic - a user with search, download and certain sharing rights. If you're new then start broad and build, depending on the platform you might not be able to do that, however, before you get to user permissions try to understand the client and their content. This will give you a better understanding of what their needs and requirements are.
