Keep record of changes happening during the execution phase, as many times client introduces new requirements , which was not there from day 1, and due to this changes all worked performed earlier may get affected. Change and cause effect shall be recorded and presented to all relevant stakeholder.

The scope, the problem that the work will solve, the related constraints, the opportunities, control of the scope, etc. are parameters to take into account to better manage the project life cycle. Given that the perfect knowledge of the project, planning must be done for the realization of the project. It is important to remain as realistic as possible when defining completion deadlines. Because if the deadlines are not realistic, pressures arise. Pressure equals high risk of poor work and high risk of incidents and accidents.

It also needs to be sponsored by the leadership team who are accountable in controlling the risks.
