During one project, we did run several extensive tests in our setup. In reviewing results, after running all the relevant tests, we paid much attention to the pass and fail percentages. We got a number of failures due to network latency and misconfigurations. We therefore set our configurations right and escalated our error handling settings accordingly based on an analysis of these results. We took measurements on response time, throughput, and latency, finding some improvements in optimization. It further indicated the test coverage holes, on which we were able to generate more test cases. Our detailed inspection of testing results has now made our service discovery and registration functionality that much more reliable and efficient.
