Having everything organized and easily accessible can give you more space to be creative and innovate with what you have.

Fonts, pictures, vector cliparts, photos and another files - you need to keep it in the one place. Second, you need to have some different version in your files, because somtimes clients want to come back in the work process, and if you haven't old vesrion your files, you can give a problem, and you will need to have a lot of time for change it. And thirth - try to keep order in layers and pages of your document, don't foget to called theyr. It can help you to work faster and correcter.

Usually I use templates, if I need to create the same project, ex. booklet. I always know I have begining document, and I can make changes in this document for every new client.

Yes, templates are blessings for us as designers, I look after 6 companies at the same time in the same company. So, it helps me to finalize the work so quickly. I love to spend time in finalising the template which makes my work more easier and faster.

One thing I've found helpful about automation is what we call discipline, on the one hand, you can do more creative work conveniently without any excessive attention to less important parts of your projects, on the other hand, discipline is not the key object to make your works come across as good designs, and sometimes automation makes our works seem unnatural or boring. However, it is hard to find creative designers around us but we can use social media to find them based on their activities and what they are sharing on social media like LinkedIn, Dribbble, Behance, and other platforms.
