llamar siempre es mejor opción de un mensaje de whats de mi punto de vista...aunque en ocasiones la llamadas pueden generar a muchas personas sobre todo en frio. mi recomendación es tener un guion base para hacer la clínica telefónica diaria y claro la idea es no repetir como LORO jeje pero te dará una idea agrégale top de manejo de objeciones debes entrenar las llamadas para que no te afecte a nivel personal el rechazo.. el rechazo no es personal es solo al servicio que ofreces.
