Create a consistent plan, create curriculum-aligned materials and hire competent trainers who use standardized content delivery and evaluation approaches, implement evaluation criteria to track participant progress and collect feedback. Maintain diversity and accessibility, run the program, and preserve detailed records. Create a feedback system for trainers and participants, communicate program details, and monitor participant performance. By following these procedures, training program can be successful ensuring each participant has a consistent and useful learning experience.

Totally agree with Shailaja's views, would also recommend implementing VBT's - Video based learning modules for certain topics that are a part of the mandatory learnings for the mass audiences.

First Important step to do TNT( Identify the training needs on Priority). Second step that what kind of Training module will be highly appreciated by participants and will deliver impact. 3. What should be the duration interms of no. Of hours to maintain Trainees Interest and it should not be boring. Language of communication and lastly training feedback from the participants will make any training session meaningful.

Standards normally are the basics that we follow in our programs, based on audience categories, the company goal and objective of each training The most important as a standard is to get the feedback of the attendees when the program is concluded, as the most important question in the feedback will be what shall we add more to add value to our program , here you will be able to match between the participants' needs and the company objectives....

The training methods and contents must be designed to best match the understanding of the participants otherwise it won't be productive and fetch result. If the majority of participants understand local language then training must be conducted both in English and local language so that it is grasped well. Provide some relvant practical experiences through some video or mock session for better understanding and relating well. As far as possible training content must be relvant to the topic.

It must be based on actual training needs that can be defined in accordance with the performance results of each employee. A standard sets of competencies is an ideal basis based on the results of this performance assessment can be semi annually and annually. Competency short comings must be met by a specific training program(tailored if you have capability or outsourced). Then a standard way of analyzing results that if expectation is not met a Personal Development Plan is designed, agreed upon and applied where operations and L&D collaborates.
