Who needs to know what you are sharing? Your workforce, who need to be involved from the start or visitors to the site(s) - contractors or the general public. What they are told is another matter. For the public may not need to know what your workforce does - the customers need to know how it benefits them and their products. Know your audience….

A number of ways are available-corporate newsletters, newspapers or magazines. Notice boards also, internal emails (What’s on this week, etc). A company could even go as far as using social media (X {the network formerly known as Twitter}, Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok or LinkedIn (nearly forgot that one)

Keep the targets simple, achievable and manageable-get all the staff involved, from the lowest grade to CEO level . Encourage them to look out for each other - it’s not seen as telling on your mates if they do something wrong, it’s keeping them safe in work so they can get home to their families and loved ones safely
