How do you share program goals with your team?

I think telling your team about the program's goals is super important. It makes sure everyone knows what they're working toward. Here's how I do it: 1. The team, assuming it is a cohesive unit, ought to have been involved in developing the goals, and determine what is achievable—immediately, incrementally, and some time into the future—and what could be a stretch goal, one that could be aspirational. Only after doing the above, should the charter and all other presentation techniques be developed. Usually, I have seen where inversion causes conflict and goals’ revision, which are not optimum and cause goals to atrophy.
