Assessing needs is the most critical part of designing the training calendar or plan . Identify the capabilities and opportunities of your team / team members and then fix the right training at tight time with required mode of training. Also don’t forget to assess the effectiveness of the training and it must be as robust as possible and once assessed then draw a clear picture of your expectation from your team after required training .

According to my experience selecting team members for quality system and assigning roles and responsibilities to them will solely depends on which factors you need to take into consideration, 1. defining scope of quality systems through SWOT, gap assessment for problem solving, in depth knowledge, communication, analytical skills or simple process mapping. Scope might include other systems like safety, environment. You can take into consideration prior experience or leadership qualities 2. based on point no.1 you can assign trainings for system, regulatory standards, legal requirements, product specific, soft skills and on job trainings. 3. based on Skill matrix after training assign role and responsibilities & way forward you alter same

En función de mi experiencia en la industria alimentaria, la manera más eficiente para crear un equipo de sistema de calidad es aquella en la que se distribuyan las funciones en tres áreas que pueden nombrarse como: Gerencia, Aseguramiento y Control. El referente de la Gerencia, responsable de la definición de la política y los objetivos del sistema, así como de las líneas de acción. El referente de Aseguramiento, responsable de dise?ar y mantener vigentes y operativos los elementos componentes del sistema de gestión, y de realizar el análisis de los indicadores y del lay out de la planta. Y el responsable del Control, responsable de ejecutar los procedimientos asociados a la producción y su entorno; y de evaluar los resultados.

Stattdessen funktionieren Wiki-basierte oder Datenbankbasierte Systeme sehr viel besser, weil sie dynamischer sind und so besser auf die st?ndig ver?nderten Herausforderungen reagiert werden kann. Oder noch mutiger: Ich sehe gro?es Potential in chatbasierten Ans?tzen, besonders mit den neuesten Entwicklungen rund um Tools wie ChatGPT.
