BYOD presents huge risk if the security controls are not designed, implemented and monitored well. Ideally with BYOD, zero trust network and system access would be recommended approach. Also there must be clear isolation layer between company's valuable assets and user devices. Where possible use web isolation, email sanitization, UBEA for contineous vigilence.
