Time/Cost gained in the construction phase by avoiding clashes that could have happened if we did not use BIM. ? Cost reduction thanks to Solar analysis and carbon reduction studies with the BIM Model. ? Cost and damage reduction thanks to the digital twin ( Facility management model ) to avoid damages and anticipate equipment repairing etc ..
