Another skill required to be an inclusive leader is empathy. Understanding others' needs will naturally help inclusion. When we relate this with personality types, the learning of Emotional Intelligence or Logical Thinking is necessary depending upon your personality type to take subjective or objective decisions. Personality strengths of people differ according to the cognitive functions they naturally possess. Individuation is the process of integrated personality development, which will make Inclusive Leaders.

I would always suggest going beyond and looking at the research ie Case Studies, People at all levels in society, Research Papers. Additionally improving inclusivity in training is a practical exercise which needs to be developed, like a muscle - ie going beyond theory and asking yourself in any given moment, how inclusive am I being today, in this situation or that etc.

In a broader sense this includes sometimes challenging others to be better or encouraging and appreciating others who demonstrate those traits of inclusive leadership. For people managers and leaders in the organisation in order to weave this practice into our daily comms it means leading by example and role modelling the behaviours that reflect this mindset.
