The success of BPI is contingent upon not only the selection and analysis of processes, but also the implementation and sustainability of the improvements. To ensure success, it is important to involve and engage stakeholders, especially process owners and users, in the BPI project, and communicate the vision, goals, and benefits of the improvement. Additionally, it is essential to define and measure the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the process, and monitor and evaluate the progress and results of the improvement. Furthermore, providing the necessary training, coaching, and support to the staff, and empowering them to participate and contribute to the improvement is paramount. Moreover, celebrating and rewarding the achievements and successes of the improvement, and encouraging the feedback and suggestions for further improvement is essential. Finally, reviewing and updating the process regularly, and adopting a culture of continuous improvement is necessary.
