Open you browser and search <jobname> occupational forecast outlook. Include your region in the search terms. If the job your researching is represented by an organization, that organization should have forecast or demand data available. Your regional government should also this information. The demand/supply values are based on forecasts and will tell you expected new openings per year, expected number of applicants, and expected surplus or shortage of workers. Knowing the demand/supply relationship will tell you a lot about how much leverage you have in the interview.

Under that, "Managed construction of $30 Mn MegaCorp Tower in Big City with zero Lost Time Incidents." Under that list the details of what you were responsible for and what you accomplished. If the position was not supervisory, list what you did. Weave in attributes if you can.

I also recommend pasting the posting into a Generative AI and asking it to assess the posting and prioritize the posting in terms of inferred importance. Once you understand what is most important, you can focus your attention on those elements.
