Plan, plan, plan, model every potential scenario and have a contingency plan (what to do if something unexpected happens) ready to be implemented. Do not wait until it happens. Use remote/real time expert level support and let rig site crew focus on safety, rig efficiency, logistics and flawless execution of the Wellbore construction process

While drilling, always “listen” to what the hole says. The best of strategies don’t survive the battle, if the tactics are not there to support it. Two ways communications is key. Good planning for a good work, and executing it swiftly and safely as a complement.

No dar nada por sentado, en la perforación y voladura se debe mantener una mente abierta y un espíritu capaz de adaptarse a los cambios. La operación minera no da espera dentro de su propio dinamismo, por lo tanto la capacidad de respuestas del equipo de dise?o de P&V debe estar en la capacidad de sortear las novedades reportadas por campo. Mantener siempre bajo la mira las nuevas técnicas del mercado, y la implementación de la mejora continua en cada uno de los procesos.
