N?o subestime as atividades de coleta de dados de direitos e inventário e avalie se o uso de uma ferramenta de SAM cabe no seu or?amento. Em minha experiência foi comum encontrar desafios na coleta dos dados pois o inventário muitas vezes depende da equipe de infraestrutura ou de terceiros e os dados de direitos podem estar espalhados na organiza??o (setores que possuem outras prioridades), dificultando o processo de coleta e análise das documenta??es de suporte (Contratos, notas fiscais e etc). Durante sua avalia??o tente se antecipar à esses tópicos e entender o fluxo de informa??o para n?o ter surpresas durante a implementa??o.

3 Implement your action plan

After you have your objectives and scope defined, you can implement your action plan to achieve them. Depending on the nature and scope of your project, your action plan may include different activities, such as negotiating new contracts or renewals, consolidating or rationalizing software licenses, deploying or upgrading software, implementing new tools or processes, or training users or staff. Para o plano de a??o minha recomenda??o é a utiliza??o de práticas como o 5W2H para auxiliar na distribui??o das a??es e responsabiliza??o das tarefas. Tenha os riscos bem definidos e endere?ados e distribua os esfor?os entre as a??es de saving e corre??o (pode ser um atalho para trazer visibilidade ao projeto). Muito do risco será mitigado em a??es simples, sem o envolvimento de custos diretos (remo??o de software, revis?o do inventário, avalia??o do uso e etc).
