This is the stage where we need to share any documentation, templates and if we have a specific ways of working, this is where we share it to the supplier. We need to ensure they know how to run our process and comply with our policy, i.e. when to submit a CHG ticket, what is the required attachments (if any), how they create Problem ticket, when they need to upgrade an INC to a Major Incident and how to communicate it, etc. All of this hands on day-to-day operation need to be shared to the new supplier. Do a reverse knowledge sharing to check whether they get it as per our expectation or they need more sharing session.
