How do you pivot or persevere in a lean startup based on feedback and data?

In my experience, a lean startup can be effective and successful as long as they drive to secure key target customers as quickly as possible.

A lean startup may sound like the holy grail, but it often overlooks the necessity of a strategic foundation. While the build-measure-learn cycle is efficient, it can lead to short-sighted decisions if not anchored in a solid vision. As Steve Jobs famously said, "People don’t know what they want until you show it to them," indicating that customer feedback isn't always reliable. Balancing rapid iteration with a strong strategic direction can prevent chasing trends and ensure sustainable growth.

Lean is the traditional method of starting a business, it has been packaged as lean and some more systemisation added to it but businesses would have started out filling an immediate and local need, before growing at a pace the matched the customer base, those companies that are large and seen as the pinnacle of business excellence, would in most cases started with 1-5 people in a small room offering a service or with someone doing it from home. Start ups now have the idea that they will be the next unicorn and try to break the ￡1,000,000 valuation as soon as possible by throwing in a lot of cash, that has pushed for what you call the traditional start up but in reality these are relatively new methods.

From my experience, lean is sustainable. Lean is relative to the game/position. As I understand the laws of ?????????????? England, the startup phase is two years. Don't mistake test trading and R&D habits for startup and frugal for lean.

The key to a lean startup is to iterate quickly and learn from your failures. By releasing a bare-bones MVP, you can get feedback from customers and use that information to improve your product or service. Ultimately, a lean startup is all about being nimble, adaptable, and customer-focused. The customer-focused part is in my opinion the most important because the sooner you can get a product in the hands of your customers the sooner you will know what they want.

I believe in my experience there is room for lean and traditional startups however, in my experiences tradition tend to need a lot of capital backing to over the length of time it may take to convert their pipeline into secured contracts

Traditional: If I had invested ￡40k in 2006 and persevered alone, I would have been stuck in my career even though I had a great idea. The simple reason was experience point and PESTLE. Gabriel Topman's way: I continued to invest in myself and all consistent and active team members. Although misunderstood or overburdened by some (as a result), I continue to invest proactively with good intentions for people. Learning and goodwill are the ROI. Although I experienced many bad-for-us client types, opportunities, and threats, I gained experience points by investing right and knowing what to keep, delay, trust, hope for, check for, let go, accept, investigate further, or just wait for.

That is very well said. ???? But, giving too much away is not good for the NED and Consultancy trade, so I suggest you retain someone and give them a reason to stay with you. Don't be too selfish or anxious about crap that will never come from those who live by their focus and why they choose to support the right person?
