La manufactura aditiva con base en resinas líquidas fotopolimerizables es simplemente genial. Asegúrate de utilizar un Slicer (software de laminación) que te permita configurar con libertad la orientación de tu modelo 3D, de manera que puedas utilizar solamente los soportes necesarios con la densidad necesaria. Esto reducirá el tiempo de fabricación, los puntos de contacto en la pieza, la cantidad de material y por ende el esfuerzo en el post procesamiento al retirar los soportes. Es muy importante tener en cuenta superficies con geometrías cóncavas; oriéntalas de manera que no incidan directamente sobre el tanque de resina, ya que esto podría provocar un efecto de succión que puede perjudicar el lote de producción en incluso el hardware.
