This positive delta can be normalized $/units and published in KPI reporting.

Possibly there is a simpler way to look at social aspects of ESG- all of these companies have internal wellness programs and often support employee volunteer programs and DEI focus groups. When onboarding a new supplier ask what types of social programs offered within their organization and if they sponsor activities or are involved in local communities that they operate in. It’s more of a qualitative data set but it helps you learn quickly the type of partnership that you’re entering into.
