It's big process nowadays we can do analysis using ML very easily but let me give you basic idea on this. 1. Track the last 3 month complaint ( it could be month wise) and analyze them- Find the root cause Then check your checklist are they fulfiling that parameter or not. 2. Then check complaint before modification of checklist- So you can get the idea difference and significance of both checklist parameter. 3. Do random check by yourself what and how important is any parameter during inspection. 4. Your checklist must comply with your Certification guidelines (ISO, BRC, HACCP, or other). 5. Perameter given in checklist must be worthful , try to remove unnecessary from that.To avoid burden on QC Team. Make them free for better results.

An example of a (computer) hardware requirement could be something like "the electrical connectors shall be fretting corrosion resistant per specification XYZ." This requirement would be decomposed into lower-level requirements (e.g., test requirements, environmental considerations such as radiation, humidity, voltage, etc.). It is imperative the requirements be specified under what conditions they are valid.

It's like making a to-do list that ensures every aspect meets your quality standards and leaves room for improvement.

This will help ensure consistency and accuracy in how the results of quality control checks are assessed. Furthermore, it is essential to review the design of your template periodically as your processes and needs may change over time. Now that you have your quality control checklist, it's time to use it. Check your product or service at different stages, like during production or delivery. You can do this through inspection, testing, or auditing. Inspection is looking at the product physically to ensure it meets criteria. Testing involves trying out procedures to measure performance. Auditing reviews documents and processes to check for compliance. It's crucial to use the checklist regularly and be consistent. Document and share results and actions with the right people. Automate, automate, automate. Did I say automate? Build it into your process, code migration, code checkin, code merges/promotions. Create a suite of qualify checks for your software based on/as issues arise. So many configuration issues can be avoided/managed/flagged with some static analysis of your software. Trust people to maintain and use the automation, but don't trust people for rote activities. Rote inspection is not the skill most developer types really find exciting.
