Common KPIs include Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), maintenance costs, and production throughput.

Communicate with stakeholders involved as well as the engineering team of the goal, scope of the program. Clarify what is out of scope for the release. Communicate roadblocks faced and take leadership in mitigating those with cross-functional collaboration, if required.

Forget just crunching numbers! Measuring your TPM program's success involves sales figures, partner engagement, happy customers, and even cost savings. Get their (and your team's) feedback to understand value and teamwork. Track market share and shout about your wins to show impact. Remember, clear goals, consistent metrics, and open communication are key to seeing how your TPM program improves and delivers real value to your business.
