1 Creating KPIs in SSAS

To create a KPI in SSAS, you need to have a measure or a calculated measure that represents the actual value of the metric. You also need to define a target value, which can be a fixed number, another measure, or a calculation. Optionally, you can also specify a status indicator and a trend indicator, which are graphical icons that show how the actual value compares to the target value and how it changes over time. You can create KPIs using the KPI Browser in SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT) or using MDX or DAX expressions in the Calculation tab.

3 Deleting KPIs in SSAS

Para excluindo KPIs no SSAS é algo bem fácil, só selecionar o KPI e deletar. Certifique-se se realmente é para excluir, por via da dúvida verifique se o líder prefere modificar em vez de excluir.

To update the values of a KPI in SSAS, you need to refresh the data source that provides the measure or the calculated measure that represents the actual value of the metric. Confiar nos dados é a parte mais importante do KPI, os valores precisam ser atualizados com frequência para identificar se as métricas validam com o planeamento, precisa era uma métrica real.

To update the display options of a KPI in SSAS, you can use the KPI Browser or the Properties window in SSDT.
