My experiences and wisdom come from working in jungles, deserts, swamps, etc., in the harshest conditions, most hostile environments, and extreme climates, overcoming challenging circumstances and peculiar situations, really peculiar. Focus on having a team of wisdom and fearless with the worst or the least amount of tools, rather than skilled people who were scared and not wise, working with the best tools. Planning and scheduling of the usage of tools plays an incredible role in the role out of information regarding the drilling process. Scheduling interval usage of the tools, which factors in charging and service of the tools therefore leads to efficient use of the tools.

Training goes a long way! Staff that is trained on the usage of tools and the proper handling, this leads to better data collection and having the tools last longer, avoiding damage and hence costs.
