When the testing is over, I produce a formal test report that summarises procedures, measurable outcomes compared to benchmarks, and a plain-language analysis of findings and suggestions.

Using an appropriate tool for test cases is essential. Writing test cases and scenarios in Excel files and the Wiki section cannot be helpful. Tools like Azure Test Plan and Testrails give you the ability to create different test plans for each publication and track how much time has been spent on each test scenario is more useful.
