When they have successfully implemented the change, celebrate and reinforce the positive changes made.

Mi experiencia trabajando en implementación de procesos es que no se escucha a los que hacen el trabajo. Se dise?a en escritorio sin la más mínima idea de los retos que se tienen en piso. Esto genera una resistencia automática del personal. Siempre hay que entender qué hacen, porqué lo hacen, desde cuando lo hacen, sus puntos de dolor, lo que está bien, lo que batallan, escucharlos! Ellos ya tienen las ideas de mejora pero es muy común que “nadie los escucha”. Que ellos dise?en y adopten el proceso es algo que permite la implementación mucho más efectiva que llegar con el “mejor”proceso dise?ado en papel y querer que con una capacitación lo sigan. This will help in better quality, customer satisfaction as well as cost reduction. You can add rewards on each milestone and rewards can be monetary rewards, bonuses, or other forms of recognition. Give career advancement opportunities such as mentoring, leading milestones, training, maintaining tracker, etc. This will keep team engaged and they will also motivate others for accepting change.
