Yes they're many application or just tools that can be used, but play with the simple one such as google slides, or powerpoint online, and use those tools to do something more engaging for your audiences. There are so many creative spectrums of ways that you can find, and use to help you create the most powerful engaging presentation, but its up to you and your creativeness. Yes there's AI but you have a brain that has many thinking points and ideas that you'll be surprised of, if you only believe in your ideas.
