How do you make sure everyone on your team has equal access to resources?

I ask them the resources they require and use Google workspace tools like Google Photos, Drive, etc to give equal access to all the members.

I wonder about the question. Is the issue "equal access" or access to what they need to succeed in their job and maximize their potential? I think a bigger issue is that a subordinate know that if they are blocked by something their leader has some control over, the leader will support them. Supporting people's sense of control really dampens levels of stress and therefore the risk of burnout, demotivation and bad health.
