Quite often there may be multiple iterations to get this right. Patience and active participation is key, considering once the strategy is clear it saves a lot of time and money spent on wasted efforts on redesign and modifications 2. Hybrid working and the demography of the workforce may call for a shift from “desks” to “work points” - offer options for collaboration, stand up sessions, focused discussions, quiet nooks etc - multipurpose spaces which lend themselves to different needs as against a fixed desk which has limited functionality
