Body doubling is great support--especially with tasks you procrastinate on. Body doubling is when someone is in the room with you while you're working on a task. They don't necessarily do what you're doing, but just having them there anchors you and gives energy you don't have when you work on your own. Your body double doesn't have to physically be in the room with you--Zoom works too!
