I believe a Detailed Documentation is a good leverage: I’ll do that by Capturing Progress; Regularly documenting project milestones, progress, and any deviations from the plan is a step. I’ll also record Issues and Resolutions by Keeping a log of problems encountered and how they were resolved. This can be invaluable for future projects.

Project reporting as any reporting is the way to make conclusions. About the team velocity, quality of tasks fulfilled. You can analyse the contribution of every team member, his productivity etc. Communication. Or just speak with respect. When you are junior ask questions. And let your senior colleagues be patient and respectful to answer. Ideally, once they notice that you are eager, and that you try your best, and don't make the same mistakes, they will support and appreciate you more. Win-win strategy for all. And the best way to learn and improve
