UAT means user acceptance testing. It does not make sense to replace the user by automated test executing, since the users should execute the tests theirself to understand if the new or changed system or functionality supports his daily business or not. But you can use AI und ML to research what typical user expect and how they will use the application and simulate this behaviour to find issues before the real UAT execution.
