One way I take initiative to learn new software, is I look up every video ever made on learning that software by users that know it in and out. I then apply the techniques that work best for me. Sometimes taking days to tweak and find what works best for me, my graphics and the work I apply it to.

Auf Youtube gibt es mittlerweile so viele tolle Videos, die man sich ansehen kann. Peter McKinnon, Jessica Kobeissi, Sue Bryce, Profoto, etc....Einfach mal durchforsten. Egal, was einen interessiert, Youtube ist für mich die erste Anlaufstelle.
