I've also surveyed professional services technical consultants to uncover the most common value engineering challenges. That said, there are many opportunities to capture and codify Tacit Knowledge. In my experience, proactive knowledge management of use cases is a proven way to share actionable industry-specific insights via storytelling. Each new project is likely to experience value-creation issues that have previously been resolved by another customer. That's why it's essential to document the details of how a customer achieved their desired business outcome in an ROI Value Narrative.

Once the project is completed or implemented , the final phase of VE is to proper document the complete findings from the project goal , scope, information collection , project charter, team selection , stakeholder feedback , FAST, change management , post changes trakcer all the information in one file. It help to communicate and present the complete VAVE project to stakeholder and others in needs.
