While I agree that sharing and discussing the latest trends and developments with mentees can be an effective way, as a mentor, it's important to maintain a balance between sharing your knowledge and expertise with your mentees and allowing them to develop their own ideas and perspectives. Sharing your own views and opinions on the latest trends can inadvertently limit your mentees' creativity and autonomy. By presenting your own ideas as the "right" way to approach a problem or challenge, you may unintentionally discourage your mentees. Additionally, constantly bombarding your mentees with information and resources on the latest trends can be overwhelming and may lead to information overload.
