I have been fortunate to have a love of Ed tech and all the ways it can enhance classroom instruction and engage students. In my 34 years of education, there have been so many changes and I have tried to keep pace. However, not all veteran teachers share that vision and love of Ed tech. I feel that we can mentor even veteran teachers and help them develop the power of yet regarding technology. Breaking down complicated tasks into small, do-able parts and making the vocabulary more user friendly can help them with integration of technology in their classrooms. Let’s take out the “fear factor” for them!

I believe that every school needs an expert to regularly come to the schools for specific training in computers and new educational programs that are enriching for the students. This can be done by a computer specialist on the faculty or by an outside source
