Considero que los indicadores reactivos de accidentología en higiene y seguridad son necesarios y además es un requerimiento legal. Por otro lado, en mi experiencia, es muy importante motivar al personal a través de indicadores proactivos; para ello necesitamos establecer objetivos y luego medirlos periódicamente de manera de evaluar el nivel de cumplimiento. A medida que se incrementen las actividades proactivas, deberían disminuir los índices reactivos, aunque esto no es lineal, necesita tiempo.
