Project Report is always unique. We need to know the AUDIENCE or who will receive/review the report. Different audience, report will be created in different style, format and point of view. For example, reporting to financial manager will be diferent with report to engineering manager. Reporting to project sponsor will be more high level status, and totally diferent if we generate report to working level teams. Besides reporting always have their PURPOSE.
